Client Policies

Important things to know:

  • Coaching is not therapy and by entering into a coaching relationship, you are affirming that you are emotionally stable, in sound psychological health, and personally responsible for all of your own decisions and commitments.
  • All information provided in the scope of our coaching alliance will be kept confidential, as the laws permit. Please note that as a coach, I do not have the same type of client-coach communication “privilege” that a therapist or attorney may have under the law.
  • Fees may change. When they do, the Client will be notified before they do. Any price increases will only go in to effect after the end of the currently paid-for coaching package.
  • Please make all appointments/calls on time. If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours in advance. A new session will be scheduled, pending availability for the week. Please note that less than a 24-hour notification will result in a 50% session fee. Full session rate will be assessed for missed appointments with no notice.
  • Coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, mental health, or other qualified professionals. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching into those areas, and implementing your choices is exclusively your responsibility.

Housekeeping Policies

  • All payments are due prior to the start of the first session.
  • Payments may be made with cash, checks, or with credit cards via PayPal.
  • Couples sessions are charged at time-and-a-half.
  • Returned check fee: $25
  • 50% of session fee assessed for appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
  • Full session fee charged for missed appointments with no notice.
