The purpose of week one is to get you thinking HONESTLY AND CLEARLY about your current practice. This helps you to understand who you are right now, who & where you want to be, and how to define and own it!
By the end of Week One, you will:
Have a clear picture of how your practice is currently doing.
Set goals you are committed to achieving by the end of the program.
Develop a clearly defined niche to attract the clients you want.
Learn how to connect to and establish at least 2 practice champions.
Create new tools to help you grow your practice.
The purpose of week two is to free you from the fears that are holding you back. Personal fears, financial fears and fear of failure can be a thing of the past, as long as you’re committed to doing the work, creating clarity, and having a PLAN.
By the end of Week Two, you will:
Have important tools to help you work on your roadblocks and stressful thoughts or fears.
Understand why "YOUR business" is what matters.
Work backwards to set clearly defined financial goals.
Continue to cultivate your niche, and develop your goals from week one.
Learn how to establish referral relationships.
The purpose of week three is to guide you through setting up and maintaining integrity in your business, including policies and guidelines to hold yourself and your clients accountable.
By the end of Week Three, you will:
Understand why your business needs to function with integrity, and why your clients will thank you for it.
Develop practice policies to keep your clients accountable.
Have access to sample policies and forms you can use to create your own tailored for your practice.
Continue the work of Byron Katie from week two to overcome any fears that are still holding you back.
The purpose of week four is learning the keys to communication that can be used in any aspect of your practice. Communication with your clients can have a profound effect on what your client experiences before, during and after the massage.
By the end of Week Four, you will:
Develop ways to clearly and honestly communicate with your clients to provide them with the best experience possible, from the initial contact to rebooking their next appointment.
Have access to sample scripts for client dialogue and follow-up.
Learn how to use the “Law of Attraction” to create a desire statement to attract what you want in your practice.
Begin a gratitude and manifestation journal.
Continue to develop policies and guidelines to establish integrity in your practice.
The purpose of weeks five & six are to understand how and why you need to set up the foundation of your business and web presence with integrity.
By the end of Weeks Five and Six, you will:
Understand what it means to operate your practice with integrity - and why that matters
Learn to use strategic planning to work backwards from the future to the present to define specific measureable results.
How to set up a clear, easy to use website and use metatags for search engine optimization to get your website found.
Examine your practice to determine you are set up properly and legally.
Differentiate the types of business classifications such as S corp, LLC, etc. to determine how you should be established.
Verify that your business is operating with integrity in regards to any employees that may work with you.
The purpose of week seven is to use the tools and communication skills you have gained so far to market yourself by building relationships with clients and practice champions. Every interaction you have with a client or practice champion is a reflection of your practice.
By the end of Week Seven, you will:
Learn how to ask for referrals without pressure, using some of the skills and tools you’ve developed to this point.
Understand that EVERYTHING YOU DO IS MARKETING...from your website first impression, each client interaction, down to the way you dress!
The best methods for asking a client for a review or testimonial.
The purpose of week eight is to help you establish yourself as an expert in your niche, and to take the guesswork out of social media marketing. From setting up a facebook page, to the 80/20 rule, social media is a relevant way to communicate with your clients and potential clients.
By the end of Week Eight, you will:
Understand the importance of a strong but professional social media presence.
Set up a facebook page for your business that speaks to your ideal and current clients-what do they want to know? What are they interested in?
Join OTHER community facebook groups that will help to feed you information, and then copy the links to any good articles they share, and post it on your page.
Learn how to utilize the 80/20 rule so that facebook posts are engaging, not obnoxious.
How to establish yourself as an expert in your niche. Learn to use different media to tell your story and what you can do for people.
Look back at the past 8 weeks and celebrate your accomplishments!
Declare what is next for you to support you in continued growth and accountability.
